  3. Delivery Locations:
    Currently, we only accept and deliver orders within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

  4. Free Shipping:
    Enjoy free shipping on all orders with no hidden fees. You only pay the product price displayed at checkout. No additional payments are required upon delivery.

  5. Delivery Timelines:

    • Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for other areas.

    • Deliveries may experience delays during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  6. Order Processing:

    • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • All items in a single order are shipped together. However, if any items are out of stock, your order may be split into multiple shipments.

  9. Order Confirmation & Tracking:

    • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

    • When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.

  10. Payment Options:

  • We offer secure online payments via credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

  • Alternatively, you can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) and pay the delivery agent in cash upon receipt of your order.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation:
    You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation, you have up to 6 hours to cancel your order. Cancellations are not possible after the order has been shipped.

    • Log in to your GOATGEN account, go to Order History, and select the order you wish to cancel.

    • If you do not have an account, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  3. Cancellation Timeline:

    • If your order has not been shipped, it will be canceled within 1-2 business days of receiving your request.

    • You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

    • For online payments, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Eligibility:

    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice to be eligible for returns.

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  2. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Provide your Order # and reason for return.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
